The following colloidal suspension agents are described in this manual with the exception of those in final testing. When tests are completed and acceptable to ENVIRONMENTAL PRODUCTS, full information will be forwarded to you as a part of this manual.

BASIC DILUTION INFORMATION

1. ENERGY III is a super active alkaline-based colloidal compound that is particularly effective in heavy-duty applications for general cleaning. It is safe on all water acceptable surfaces when used as directed. As a concentrate, it is particularly economical in that when mixed with water to the desired strength, it will efficiently perform the cleaning and/or degreasing task.

2. ENERGY III is a concentrate that must be diluted with water at specific ratios to obtain an efficient and cost effective colloidal suspension AGENT.

3. The following headings outline the dilution ratio of ENERGY III for the specific applications in particular industries. Methods of application, procedures and usage are included herein. It is impossible to list all of the industries and various ratios. We want our distributors and end users must realize the tremendous versatility of ENERGY III and will work out any specific application.

4. When ENERGY III is diluted properly, it becomes a colloidal suspension AGENT.

SIGNIFICANCE IN DETERMINING DILUTIONS

Chemicals, minerals, and other pollutants in the local water supplies, as well as the hardness or softness and other variations of the local water supplies, may affect dilution ratios of ENERGY III. Some experimentation may be needed to determine the best dilution ratios of ENERGY III with water for each application and specific use. Our basis dilution ratios have been determined using deionized or distilled water.

The facts stated and the recommendations made are based upon the research of ENERGY III and that of independent laboratories, and are believed to be accurate. No guarantee of their accuracy is made, however, and unless otherwise expressly provided in written contract, the product discussed is sold without conditions or warranties, expressed or implied. Purchasers should make their own tests to determine the suitability of such products for their particular purpose. AIRCRAFT EXTERIOR

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: ENERGY III is an alkaline liquid cleaner for use in cleaning exterior surfaces of aircraft.

METHOD OF USE: BSP ENERGY III can be swabbed, sprayed, or used in a steam cleaner to clean dirty surfaces. ENERGY III has no limitations as a frequency of use. Rinse with clean potable water after each use.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS: ENERGY III should be mixed in a clean metal or plastic container using clean potable water as the diluents. For exterior cleaning, dilute 1 part ENERGY III with 100 parts potable water. For carbon removal on exterior surfaces, dilute 1 part ENERGY III with 10 parts of potable water and apply with a soft brush using light motion to remove carbon buildup. Rinse with potable water after cleaning.

MATERIAL COMPATIBILITY: When used as directed, ENERGY III will not harm any surfaces or finishes of the aircraft exterior.

AUTOMOTIVE APPLICATIONS

HANDCLEANER

Used full strength, ENERGY III will remove dirt, grease, and simple paints. It is odorless and non-irritation and will not cause dermatitis. Moreover, it will actually reduce the incidences of dermatitis from other sources. Through colloidal interaction, removing trace materials essential to their nutrition and their enzymatic reaction inhibits the growth of certain types of enzymes.

BSP ENERGY III will not dry out normal skin and is completely miscible and free rinsing with water. It is safe to use on the face, hair, and all extremities. It leaves the skin clean and soft without defatting it, making ENERGY III, also used to clean cosmetics from facial areas, an excellent cleaner for the hands of mechanics, oil field workers, and any other person whose hands get extremely dirty or stained.

Just rub the full strength ENERGY III into hands, add a little water, and rub hands together again. Allow several minutes before rinsing. This may be repeated, if necessary. Also, before beginning greasy or dirty jobs, rub ENERGY III into hands. This will keep the skin from absorbing so much oil, grease, and grime making cleaning easier and quicker.

DEGREASER

For cleaning ENGINES of automobiles and trucks, 1 part ENERGY III to 10 parts water applied and allowed to stand for 20 minutes (then rinsed) will remove oil, grease, and grime.

For TRUCK WHEELS, extremely DIRTY ENGINES, caked on GREASE AND GRIME, and UNDERCARRIAGES, mix 1 part ENERGY III to 5 parts water and add 3 parts Stoddard solvent. Spray on and let stand 20 minutes. Rinse with clear high-pressure water.

RADIATORS may be cleaned by adding 1 cup ENERGY III to the water in the radiator and allowed to circulate for one week. Flush clean and fill with coolant and water.

FOR CARS AND TRUCK CABS, 1 ounce ENERGY III per gallon of water makes an excellent shampoo that rinses streak and spot free. A 1 to 30 solution agitated with a soft bristle brush may be used for road film, tar, insects, salt cinders, and diesel smoke. Rinse with clear, high-pressure water.

AUTOMOBILE INTERIORS may be cleaned with a solution of 1 part ENERGY III to 40 parts water by using a brush on upholstery and then a rag to removing most of the moisture and dirt. ENERGY III will also remove foul odors.

For TIRE WHITE WALLS, use 1 part ENERGY III to 5 parts water and agitate with a stiff bristle brush. Then rinse.

COOLING SYSTEM CLEANER FOR BUS AND TRUCK RADIATORS

To clean the radiators of large commercial type vehicles such as buses and trucks, 1 quart ENERGY III may be added to the water in the radiator. Run the vehicle for one working day, allowing the engine to heat up. Then drain the radiator and flush the system with clean water. Fill the radiator with clean water and coolant.

VEHICLES - DESCRIPTION

• INDUSTRIAL ENGINES: Use1 part ENERGY III to 10 parts water. Spray or brush on warm engine. Let stand for 20 minutes or overnight then wash off with high water pressure.
• RADIATORS: Use 1 cup of ENERGY III to 100 parts water. Pour into radiator and leave for 1 week. Drain radiator and fill with anti-freeze and water.
• TRUCKS, CABS, AND AUTOS: Use 1 part ENERGY III to 3 parts water. Shampoo using soft brush for road film, salt, cinders, and diesel smoke. Rinse with clear high-pressure water.
• TIRES/WHITEWALLS: Use 1 part ENERGY III to 5 parts water. Apply with stiff bristle brush. Then rinse.
• TRUCK UNDERCARRIAGES,WHEELS, AND ENGINES: For extremely dirty and caked surfaces use 1 part ENERGY III to 1 part water and 5parts Stoddard solvent. Spray mixture on and let stand for 20 minutes. Rinse with high-pressure water.
• INTERIORS Use 1 part ENERGY III to 30 parts water. Brush on rugs, vinyl. etc and wipe with rag to remove oil, grime, dirt and odors.
• HAND CLEANER: Use I full strength. Rub hands. Towel dry or rinse with water. .
• WINDOWS/MIRRORS: Use 1 part ENERGY III to 320 parts water. spray on surface and wipe with clean rag.
• CONTAINER SIZES: 55 gallon drum, 30 gallon drum, 5 gallon pail, 4x1 gallon case.

BSP ENERGY III replaces 4 to 6 products when used in these applications. Dilution ratios give BIG savings and you save on storage space - one container replaces four or more.
