HOT PIPE COATING
 Description:
It has eight (8) different ceramic compounds that repel heat and harden to block the conductance of high heat. It is a new formula developed especially for Hot Pipes and Hot Surface application. It is used to spray onto hot pipes while they are operating to give a primer to lock down on the hot pipe and reduce the surface temperature, then build up to insulate.
 USES:
Applied from 200 mils to 800 mils to reduce extreme surface temperatures and applied to the interior of furnaces and boilers to hold heat on the interiors to increase the efficiency and reduce the operating cost and increase fuel savings. It is best applied via a Grayco (Airless) sprayer with a ratio of 65:1 using a 0.065 (65/1000) tip size. HPC is excellent for insulating extremely hot surfaces 300 OC - 1000 OC (600 OF - 2000 OF), and sprayed in an initial thin coat as a primer. It must be applied while the surface in hot, or pre-bake before installation. It is excellent for over-coating firebricks or behind firebricks on the interior of furnaces to prevent heat loss.
 Return on Investment:
Using HPC coating as a primer along with a finish coat, it will achieve adhesion over a hot surface and create a surface that that will stop the loss of heat from hot to extremely hot pipes or surfaces.
