Description: is an ideal primer to form a complete seal for all roofing whether flat or inclined, concrete, tar coating, asphalt, fiberglass or wooden shingles. It is a high performance elastomeric especially formulated acrylic blended to work with SUPER THERM and MULTI MESH MEMBRANE. Uses It is used as a base coat over concrete, blocks, tar, wood, asphalt singles, rubber, fiberglass shingles, polyurethane foam or any substrate that is dry by nature. Super Base (HS) can be absorbed and seal the substrate without harm to itself and will provide a perfect base for SUPER THERM. SUPER BASE/HS can be used by itself and can be tinted to any color desired. It prepares the surface for SUPER THERM application. It can be applied to roofing to seal cracks. If the cracks are extreme, SPI's mesh Membrane should be applied on top of the first coat of SUPER BASE (HS) before drying and then a second coat applied over the membrane to encapsulate it. SUPER BASE (HS) can be applied best by airless or air pot sprayer, roller and by brush. Return on Investment Works with SUPER THERM to form a complete seal on any roofing or wall structure. It gives hail resistance, ponding-resistance and water tightness for a minimum of 20 years. SUPER BASE (HS) will prevent heat buildup under a roof or inside the wall area which will reduce utilities by up to 80% in both summer and winter. Documentation
