Rust Grip

Description:
is an easy to use, cutting-edge, one component coating that stops the progression of rust and corrosion, and protects the substrate far longer that conventional, industrial grade rust inhibitors. RUST GRIP is an uniquely designed, moisture-cured urethane coating that cures to an extremely hard, yet with a flexible surface that is resistant to acids and salts. The minimal preparation does not require a white sand blast, which saves thousands of dollars wasted in man hours, equipment and materials. Upon application, RUST GRIP penetrates deep into the pores of the substrate surface, While curing, it swells inside the pores, anchoring in and becoming part of the substrate itself. This unique ability, combined with its excellent abrasion resistance, creates a system providing unequaled protection against surface rust and corrosion. RUST GRIP can be applied over rusted surfaces after loose/flaking material is removed. High humidity quickens the dry/cure cycle.

USES:
RUST GRIP can be utilized on the inside and outside of ships made of metals, woods, concrete and fiberglass to stop rust, corrosion and condensation. The RUST GRIP anchors into substrate to establish superior adhesion and flexibility. It can be use on Oil rigs and pipe Lines to resist: impacts, abrasions and acids. It also resists the growth of mold mildew. When covered below the surface of water with ENAMO GRIP, algae and barnacle attachment are inhibited. It penetrates through surface of rusts and protects substrates from additional rust and corrosion. When applied to a concrete, metal, wood or fiberglass surfaces, RUST GRIP will cure to 6750 psi surface tensile strength. RUST GRIP penetrates and locks in to encapsulate rust, lead-based paints, asbestos, and other hazardous materials found in and around buildings and ocean going structures.

RUST GRIP when applied to steel and concrete bridges, railroad trussles and tunnels, and buildings will cure to a 6750 psi surface tensile strength, will stop rust and corrosion, will inhibit the growth of mold and mildew, it is resistant to chemical solvents and acid splash, and warranted for a minimum of 10 years by the manufacturer.

RUST GRIP can be applied slowly with a soft bristle brush, roller or spray equipment. It should be applied evenly without buildup to the prescribed thickness.

Return on Investment:
RUST GRIP used on a concrete, wooden, masonry or a steel surfaces, inhibit and stops all rust and corrosion plus it strengthens the surface with an additional 7,000 - 12,000 + PSI. When RUST GRIP is used on bridges, tunnels, buildings, ships and autos surfaces, the overall maintenance on the coated surfaces will be reduced by 80% or more.
