SP5000 - Acrylic Stucco

Description:
SP 5000 ACRYLIC STUCCO is a mixture of high performance acrylics specially blended for breathability, adhesion, flexibility, texture and toughness. Added to the formulation is an aggregate compound to insure a stucco textured surface but with the added characteristics not found in standard dry mix ratios of stucco. It is not affected by water or moisture penetration, and is designed to stay down for a long bonding life. It will not crack, or peel. It is UV protected for long life and durability against weathering whether in hot or cool climates or under high humidity or very dry. It is tough and durable to provide years of service and added beauty.

Uses
SP 5000 ACRYLIC STUCCO was designed to coat a variety of surface structures as metal, stone, concrete, fiberglass or composites. If the quantity is a minimum of 300 gallons, it can be batched in an assortment of colors as designed to beautify a home's appearance while providing a very attractive, durable surface to the wall structure for years of service. It breathes and can flex with the substrate without cracking, giving years of maintenance free service. It has mildew-cide added in the formula to guard against the growth of algae and mildew. When top coated with Super Therm for insulation, the surface provides an insulation effectiveness equal to an R equivalency of 19 on the exterior walls and will not cover the stucco texturing. It can be applied by a Grayco Model 1030, 5 horse power airless sprayer or air pot sprayer (with a carbon tip of sizes 0.064 or larger or larger), or trowel.

Return on Investment
It will give years of maintenance free service, It breathes and it can flex with the substrate without cracking. It will not let water penetrate and has an added mildewcide to guard against its growth. When topped with SUPER THERM, it exhibits an equivalency of "R-19". There should be a reduction of 80% in the utility usage.
