Annual Contract: Annual contracts are only available against SBLC or BG for two month’s shipment value. At the mutual agreement of Buyer and Seller, the SBLC/BG may be drawn down against the eleventh and twelfth consignment.
Inspection: SGS, CCIC or similar at Seller’s Option
Performance Bond: 2% after receipt of operative payment instrument.
